No. Signing up for a DomainAlert Backordering account ensures that the
service will attempt to acquire the desired domain if and when it becomes
available. There is, however, no guarantee the attempted acquisition will
succeed: The current owner of the monitored domain might renew the domain
registration before it expires and DomainAlert Backordering will not be
able to attempt to acquire it. Even if the domain does become available,
it might be pursued and registered by someone else. Still, DomainAlert
Backordering will do everything possible to acquire the domain in question.
